Start at GHS Cancer Center in Greenville, S.C. and
finish in Lewiston, Maine

For its sixth year out of Greenville, the Challenge to Conquer Cancer weeklong ride invites you to cycle from Greenville, SC to Lewiston, Maine in support of cancer research, outreach, and advocacy. Join us for an intense, thrilling week!

Stretching throughout the mountains of South and North Carolina and into West Virginia, the ride route follows the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway on the southern part of our ride and then on up to Maine.

The ride will feature a total of four teams riding relay style, with six members per team riding in five-hour shifts, 15 hours a day total. The ride is fully supported, with medical, mechanical, nutrition, fluids and massage therapy available on each route.

Every rider needs to raise a minimum of $5250, and each supporter needs to raise a minimum of $2500. Once you’ve paid your $250 non-refundable, registration fee, be sure to share your online donation link with friends and family, and take advantage of our Fundraiser's Tool Kit for more creative ideas in reaching your goal.
