Brittany Roper
Brittany has been married to her husband Craig for 17 years and gave birth to quadruplets in 2016. Her daughter Landry passed away 16 days after birth and she has spent the last 8 years loving and advocating for her 3 survivors: Remi, Beckett and Judson. Beckett was born with 3 rare chromosome disorders and is a medically complex child who requires 24/7 care. Judson is a brilliant, high functioning autistic ADHD child who loves pirates and all things military. Remi is a loving, sassy, softball playing, leader of the pack. In 2022, at the age of 37, Brittany was diagnosed with stage 2B Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Brittany began getting mammograms early due to her paternal grandmother dying of breast cancer at 37 years old. Brittany immediately began chemotherapy to shrink the tumor and subsequently underwent a double mastectomy. Thankfully she did not require radiation due to a complete response from chemo and no node involvement. This past February, Brittany celebrated 2 years of no evidence of disease. She has worked part time as a victim advocate for the Pickens City Police Department for the last 3 years. She is currently training to become a class 3 advanced officer. Brittany, along with her husband Craig and her father Frankie, are also coaching Remi's 8U softball team. She loves reading, watching tv, spending time with her family and friends and feels immensely blessed by God's never-ending mercy for the life he has given her.
Brittany is sponsored by Rhonda Spradlin.
